The End of the IMF-Ukraine Food Agreement
Russia has repeatedly accused Ukraine of violating the agreement by firing on Russian ships and civilian vessels in the Black Sea. Russia has also demanded that Ukraine de-mine waters around its ports, which Ukraine has refused to do so.
