False anxiety is when a physical or physiologic condition has gotten your body out of balance and typically into a stress response. That can be anything from a blood sugar crash to your just on a little bit o stronger coffee that day, to inflammation, to sleep deprivation and goes on. And it's got your body into a state of imbalance or stress, and then it creates a feeling that's synonymous with what we call anxiety or panic,. And it's avoidable, all right?
