Working Remotely During the Pandemic Helped Build a Relationship

When the pandemic happened, we also started working remotely. So I got to go and hang out with my teammates in New York or San Francisco. And like that helped solidify and build those relationships. For me in order to connect with someone, we need to talk about something other than work. If it's just work that you're talking about, I do find it difficult to get to that deeper level of getting to know each other.
