The Science on Nasal Breathing Overnight Is Pretty Good

A study just came out in the Scandinavian Journal of Medicine and Science and Sports that looked at how you can influence your hemoglobin mass over time. The heat group did five weeks of five by 50 minute doubles on an exercise bike in a heat suit.
