Extreme Programming

The first thing i think of with extreme programming is per programming. The real driver, it's mane to back up just a tiny bit into the organization. As much as possible, you wanted developers to be able to move between areas of the code so there were more eyes on the code. People had a better shared understanding of how the code is working and how we are building. In par programm a way to do that. It's explicitly trying to avoid that.
