Most likely they're just leveraging on poorly secured applications that internet facing to spread their messaging. So if you ask me, is there any espionage triggered by this visit? Probably yes. But in terms of impact, visibility of the impact coming out, it will take some time because espionage attacks are usually very long in nature.
