How NLI Moved From Growth Mindset to Inclusion During the Pandemic
SRP is not a remote organization in any way, shape or form. They're very on site and so essentially half of our employees needed to leave the workplace and go home. So we really leaned into the behaviors of grow during the pandemic. The third part of our roadmap was actually at that time around mitigating bias. We started with leaders, but we wanted to ensure every employee at SRP understood the importance of their own voice.
