The Importance of Liquidity in a Portfolio Strategy
When to rebalance the portfolio turns out to be very important because liquidity in the marketplace is constantly changing over time. Liquidity in the marketplace will be quite a bit deeper compared to if you rebalance at a time that nobody else is trading. And of course, these are just a few points that I realized are at least as important, if not more, compared to just risk premiums themselves.
