Is There a Benefit to Yoga for Anxiety?

I started weightlifting recently and I love it but it makes me feel more anxious directly after. There's no like universal exercise that you're like if you have anxiety this is the best exercise for you. Do you think there's anything too like hyping stuff up and then it calms it down or something like that? My gut says like it's risky territory but I mean I think weightlifting can be fantastic doing it responsibly and carefully in love a lot. If we're playing around with like hype up to calm down afterward I think that's not a good idea.
