GCC 13: The Next Generation of C++ Libraries

There's a proposal I'm not sure to actually made it in but I thought it did. It was listed as like a top two or three High priority items in range land, but the point is is we don't currently have that and So I've been I've been stuck with hand rolling Certain versions of these things are basically just like in in the code the projects that I'm working onlike where the place I need an adjacent transform.
