Trump's lawyers are trying to make a big issue out of an order that would prohibit Donald Trump from using the discovery for anything other than the lawsuit. "I don't think I've ever as a prosecutor, even as a defense lawyer, ever had issues with a protective order," he says. The judge is going to basically put these guys in their place and move this right along, Cohen says.
