The Pressure to Live Up to the Hype That Propelled Lorenda Forward
The company had a goal of producing 100 new medicines in the next decade. People that I spoke to said that there was pressure to produce results and to produce really positive results. So there was definitely a pressure, you know, in the company that employees felt to kind of live up to the hype.
