The Importance of a Distracted Life

Jesus gives us an insight into the way forward in what I think is one of the most relatable stories in all of the scriptures. In Luke chapter 10 verse 38, he tells us that as Jesus' disciples were on their way, he came to a village where a woman named Martha opened her home to him. Distracted life keeps us from the beauty of the present and a distracted life limits our capacity for love, joy and peace. It even costs us spiritually.
