Is Market Cap Waited to Equal Weight Always Taken Off?

Jason: Equal weight is never really taken off. And so what we think is just a function of the massive amount of flows that have to go into these target day funds need these float waited indices. Even something as simple as going from free float cap waited to equal weight can be a decade long tail wind of small value underperforms. There's a mismatch between what the company wants and maybe what the investor wants, he says.
