Elon Musk X Holdings - Is This Normal Elon Behavior?

Elon Musk has a new company called x dot com, presumably named after one of his children with grimes. That company is going to get funded by the banks and then merge with twitter, from what i understand. He actually got pushed out of pay pal because he didn't want to let go of x dot com. So this is x is an important letter for elon musk x holdings.
