Are You Learning on the Job or at School?

I think it's the willingness to learn. You are should always be learning. Every experience you have is a potential learning experience and if you're curious and you have a growth mindset, you come out of every interaction smarter. So back to Microsoft, how long are you there? 1991 to 99. Wow, almost decade. I mean... Because at that early stage, it's usually like who the person is right. It could have been any number of things, but mostly the person didn't have a realistic expectation of what the addressable market was,. What the opportunity was, what the product market was, didn't have enough experience.
