Federally Funded Research Will Be Freely Available Without Delay

The white house office of science and technology policy, also called the o s t p m, release new guidance several days ago on august 20, fifth to make federally funded research freely available. There will be a delay in this policy being enacted, but hopefully it's a short one. If you aren't affiliated with an organization that has a subscription, you're going to be paying dozens hundreds out of pocket for a single article.
