How I Learned to Wash Vintage Clothes

I studied apparel and textiles at the University of Kentucky. I got really interested in the idea of laundry sort of conservation, you know, like apparel conservation. And so when I left the University ofKentucky, I went to work for Neiman Marcus and then for Nordstrom. But the whole time I thought, well, there's nothing here, I can't wash. The final piece of that puzzle is I opened a vintage store of designer vintage about nine years ago.
