Are You Appropriately Challenged Your Kids?
The support challenge matrix is a great tool for dads to look at where what you have levels of support. You can also get into high support with low challenge, which is apathy and low expectation. That's the biggest thing for me is, am I appropriately challenging my kids?
As family men with thriving businesses, we’re used to providing our kids with a rich and enjoyable life.
Even though I want my kids to have an awesome life, I don’t want them to get too comfortable and get everything they want without earning it.
So how do we provide a good life for our kids while teaching them the values and principles to be financially and emotionally independent adults who crush it in life?
