COVID and the Feminist Economic Recovery Plan

Hawaii's feminist economic recovery plan stands out to me as a beacon of hope in amongst an otherwise gloomy picture. Here in the UK, our economic response to COVID has been to go for drastic tax cuts that benefit rich men at the expense of poor women. Back in Iceland, Gudrun and Lillia haven't stopped plotting. So what do you think still needs to change for women in Iceland?
