The US Administration Drives Versus Reduces Uncertainty

US policy uncertainty is the problem. That's the drag on action, and I do think that IDo think that is something to watch carefully. The tensions with China over technology are a tool that helps by time. But we can only do so much to slow down the progress of other other economies which are either rivals or perhaps hostile to the United States. We need to do our own work.
