At the end of each day, every professional obligation on your plate is out of your head and into a trusted system. Now that you are used to wrangling your task and making a plan for each day, it's time to build out a an for that week. When thinking about your weekly plan, there is not a fixed format for a weekly plan. The foremat depends on what type of plan you're doing. But you want to look at the whole picture. What are we working on this week? What are we keeping our heads open for? Or you might want tostart out with blocking some things off in your calendar for critical moments.
