I think early on, I think that our consumer focus and the focus on patients service very well because there's clearly been a lack of that kind of patient focus in healthcare. And then obviously when we initially started, there was no reimbursement infrastructure for our type of services. There were nothing really. So yes, we're convincing both patients and partners and peers and clinicians that this is actually a valid way of providing care.
