Food is incredibly intimate, one of the most intimate things in our lives. It's a substance we introduce into our body three times a day. And our food tells us something about how we grew up. Our bodies are actually designed to be extraordinary. Thereis no single super food that can do it all. We like to actually try to reduce it. I that way, likig thats human nature. But in fact, it doesn't work that way. What's in is that there's no super food, but there is a super body. So if you recognize food as something as pleasurable, as something recognizable, then the question is, how do you actually study that?
