How to Defend Against Different Types of Opponents
I think it comes down to where do you see yourself winning or losing the ball? And going from there, especially in the middle, it's easy for the coaches to say, I want to press high and build up from the back. So for me, we've changed how we defend on a weekly basis. We're very clear on our idea about how to play in possession, but the players need to understand how to problem solve against different types of opponents.
