Anything that affects my customer, I believe should be vocalised to the business. You don't need to be airing all of the dirty laundry if it's internal. But if it affects the outside world, then yeah, you gotta be honest and be open with it. Because I do believe that it does build trust. It does. And what your experience aren't is how to getting that level of honesty and communication.
