The Battle for Diversity in the Church

The prayer list is often a reflection of who's praying and whose problems are seen as real, relevant and important. What I found was that a lot of the people that were mourning those deaths looked a whole lot like me. And so what you have is a group of folks there that found themselves in a room mourning with a group of people that didn't look like them. The gospel does make a standard.
