The biggest thing for me is being able to work in a team. I need to be able to trust the people that are in my aircraft, whether it's the one beside me or the guys in the back. You can burn yourself out if you don't maintain a balance and you don't take breaks. The next two are kind of philosophy on being a pilot. So what do you think makes a good pilot?
