There is no correlation between what the fed was doig and what the us. Dollars exchange value. It really doesn't matter what exchange crosses you look at. There really isn't a correlation with the federal reserves, monetary policy. Maybe some short run, o short run effects, but they don't last very long at all. Instead, what you see is that most of the time, it's not, it's completely backwards.
