The isometrics that appear to be the most fective are ones that you perform them with balistic intent. A squat is going to be a little bit more challenging to rig up a if you want it a way to do kind of like maximal force isimetrics. And those would probably be most of, like, the isometrics you'd be doing in a home, locked down scenario.
