Eric's Bofford Sues for Defamation
Eric Spawler filed a lawsuit against Julian Zelizer, his newsroom and three of the sources in this story. Eric is claiming that the story I published about him last year is entirely false. The hearing took place on a Tuesday morning in front of state court judge Daniel St. Hilar. Both sides lawyers were in the courtroom, of course.
