The Tension Between Braver Angels and Red and Blue
There's a point at which emphasizing the divide in order to bring people who are very divided to a place where they can undivide becomes counterproductive. I think if braver angels were a lot bigger and more influential than it is, maybe we'd have reached that point. When I look around, I just don't see that yet.
