A month later he felt completely fine but his heart rate was in the 120 so they had to cancel the liver biopsy and they sent him over to the ED for evaluation. He ended up getting a CTA which actually showed extension of his bilateral pulmonary emboli and his main pulmonary arteries. Okay so basically now he has a submassive PE. So what's running through your mind at this point? I mean honestly just like what went wrong here you know he was on anticoagulation. It was only held for three days so how in the world did he have clot propagation?
