The Four Predominant Fear Patterns

There are four predominant fear patterns. We all do them. I'm going to go out on a limb and say you do them. They all tie to avoid, please, an attack. And so we're going to have a fear pattern that we're Going to have to do with them. So when those patterns are coming up they totally fit into the ways that we try to avoid it or attack it. It's really interesting because even people who are self aware, we often fall into one of these three things with regard to our inner critic. That's great-intentioned, follow your bliss but it's rooted in self-sabotage.
