How to Hire the Right People for Your Company

When we think about employees that we want to bring on board, we hire on attitude and work ethic. They have to be people that like want to work in our culture too. So if they're antagonistic and, you know, would want to come in and tear down our employees, or be disruptive, I think they would not be comfortable in that environment.
