I think for a lot of people this stuff is intimidating and and scary. I remember when I was you know back at the hospital 62 year old housekeeper came in one day to sign up for the plan She had worked for the hospital for 30 years and she'd never signed up for the 403b because it she was intimidated by it And we walked through it. We explained it You know got her signed up and then she stood up and gave me a giant hug at the end She said I was so scared to come in and talk to you Because they lead to head in the sand behavior, which is never the right way to go.
