Woldi grew up in a small town in north carolina. Went to harvard divinity school and got a master's degree in theology, and then spent a lot of his twenties, ah, just failing. Woldi had a lot of good, good jobs, and i was trying hard. But sometimes this is one of the themes that i actually talk about, in the long game, you really need a few at bats.
This week I am welcoming Dorie Clark, leadership consultant and author of the book The Long Game: How to be a long-term thinker in a short-term world to the What's Essential podcast.
Dorie offers her insight into how we can stop making short-term choices that lead us away from who we want to be and start making long-term choices that give us space to dream, plan, and live.
