Do you procure them locally or do you buy, you know, some of these organ meats online? Where do you get yours? I get them locally. So where I met in Michigan, we have local organic farmers and it's not hard for me to find that. And so and I talk about it like this and patients actually give me liver. Oh my God. Give me really good meat. Yeah. Do you ever do your, I'm sorry, do you ever do the organs raw or do you always cook them? No, I don't do them raw. But I am very well aware of parasites.
