Did Hitler Win World War II?

By 1944, it was very clear to most people that Germany could not win World War II any longer. Once we made it to Normandy, it was over. And the Russians were moving their way westward from the east. So there were a lot of people high-ranking officials in the military who said, okay, before they actually make our way into Germany, that's a point of no return.
