Jason Priestley moved to Los Angeles in 1996 from Phoenix, Arizona. His family has been there for 45 years and he had a reason to start his life fresh again. He was going to an acupuncturist in Little Saigon up in Garden Grove near Disneyland. She told him about her friend who lived in Chongqing which is in Sichuan province. And she invited him to go to China to do some business with the Chengdu and Chengdu consulate.
