The Fed has been in clean up mode since the bursting of the dot com bubble essentially, right? We were in kind of bubble cleanup mode then and created the housing bubble. And now we've been in financial crisis housing bubble cleanup mode for a decade. It seems to me that you can only it just does not work as well as it did a long time ago.
