Cyanosis and altramental status are two of the things that as an intensivist should like make you get off your seat and move and do something. So when you're talking about cyanosis, you have both peripheral and central cyanosis. Those sound like a little bit abstract, but there's a difference. You need your settings to be super low, like 70% or less to really start turning blue.
