Are You Ready? You Got to Eat Right.
You need eight to ten hours of sleep for a night. You will have more energy than 60 % of the population by going to bed at nine 30. If you're having trouble sleeping, just goggle it, get a nap. Get yourself an apple watch and learn how you sleep. I exercise five days a week, sometimes six. Just don't do it at five o'clock in the morning. It's not that difficult. A hundred percent of top performers, a hundred per cent of peak performers exercise. Which one o you want to be?
