Pricing discovery is one of the terms that people use to talk about this and again if you're thinking about launching or you've just launched pricing discovery is an ongoing thing so every interaction as Richard described is an opportunity for you to learn. There is a long standing an idea and psychology called extremist aversion when we pick a product we aren't just weighing up price versus benefit we are looking at the relative position. As a service provider especially in agencies it's very hard to have a conversation about the tradeoff between price and quality If you've laid out three prices and people have actively chosen not to have the best one you have I think made it clear in a non-confrontational way
