The Importance of Listening to Providers
This is not the same overdose crisis that existed when you were in training. And I hope and trust that you surely see that and are shifting your approaches because this crisis is so different. We cannot wait for people to hit rock bottom, we cannot wait for them to be quote unquote ready or want it bad enough. You as a treatment provider have the power to be a champion of that in your setting. It's infectious, but somebody has to lead it.
