If you sit for eight hours a day, then i'm going to expect you're going to have really poor hip extension. One of the best practices that you can do throughout the day is just get up and move every 30 minutes to an hour. Standing all day at a standing desk isn't good for you. The body likes to move. So as long as you can just, you know, move around, move your body, that's the best thing thatyou can do.
