If you're Kevin McCarthy and it's two Democrats at the top of the ticket in November, that hurts down ticket because it doesn't give the Republican somebody to vote for. And there isn't gerrymandering in California anymore. We have these super Democrats. The challenges you're doing that in the most democratic state in the country results in probably Republicans winning or having a competitive shot at a lot more house districts than they would if Democrats got to draw all the lines. Because of that, there are probably seven to 10 seats in California that are legitimately up for grabs. Yeah. And California could determine who's in control of the house next time around.
