One of the things I really like inside of companies is this idea, this small amount of dedicated time where people can do whatever they want. One thing entrepreneurs could do, depending on the size of their team, is to have everybody write on a card, what's the purpose of this company? And then collect cards and see whether people actually know what the purpose is. That's a very simple, easy test of, of alignment. So that'd be on autonomy.
