The Circular Shape of Kaiser Flesh
Aqueous humor flows from the posterior chamber to the anterior chamber of the eye. And then it drains into something called Schlem's canal, they're basically at the edges of the chamber. So this swirling flow leads to more contact for that copper containing aqueous humor and it preferentially deposits at the periphery. That's what gives you this classic kind of circular shape associated with Kaiser flesh or rings.
