Are You Feeling Excited?

If you don't feel comfortable or interested exand excited in the interview, you're probably not going to feel those things when you're working the job. So it is essentially like a good vibe check, or a good check when you're talking to someone, if you're if you're feeling excited. As hired managers, wee oing to extend offers that make people feel excited, right? There are times when i've gotten u you know, its the hiring process we're talking about, like salaries were creating job descriptions. I want to make sure that people are excited for the opportunity and then feeling like they are getting paid enough to do it, right?
